Pick Me Up Baby [Tiramisu Recipe]

This is my first ever trial (honest!) of making tiramisu.

As a fan of Gordon Ramsay’s easy dessert recipes which are good tasting and yet without compromising on the authentic recipe.

Previous chocolate fondant could attest to GR’s sumptuous easy recipes.

Actually, traditional recipe requires beaten egg yolks with sugar (or icing sugar).

If you prefer egg-less option like I do, Gordon Ramsay’s recipe using whipping cream as a substitute is a good option.

Also, of you do not have any liqueur in the cabinet, fret not, use any brandy in the cabinet which will carry little sweet notes too.
