My short name is Adel. I am an amateur food blogger who is keen on all tasty food (doesn’t mind if it’s pretentious) when the pocket permits. It is all about different types of cuisines explored in restaurants and own cooking. Prayer is the ultimate food for well being in my opinion. No matter how good the physical food is, it could never replace spiritual food.
∞ Background ∞
I grew up with a dad who likes to cook sophisticated food (mainly Asian dishes) and a mum who likes to do simple dishes but incredibly delicious still. My siblings definitely are another pair of talented cook though cooking is not their profession.
∞ What I blog or yet to blog about ∞
Blog on of course FOOD, TRAVEL BITS and sometimes THOUGHTS. I have half my mind set on CLOTHING, SKINCARE and MOVIE rambling on this space. Not sure yet, then, I will need to change my blog name? We’ll see.
FOOD and TRAVEL will remain as the core subjects for now and ever.
∞ Recipes ∞
I am always curious how a dish is put together so let the investigation starts now. I love savouries and desserts equally! Needless to say, my recipes are mainly focused on hot and satisfying savoury ones. Of course, there are sections sharing fruit juice concoction, Chinese egg tarts, Dubliner cheese muffins and more. Discover them for yourself!

I travel between Dublin, Singapore sometimes Malaysia yearly. Hence, the restaurant reviews are based mainly in these three countries. Unless I get to travel somewhere else, which I haven’t done in a long while.

198*-1999: Born and bred in Malaysia (Ipoh)
1999-2006: Ireland
2006-2008: Moved to Singapore
2008-2009: Moved to Dublin. Started this blog in Dublin. Originally named sofood then I have changed the blog name from sofood to so.moo.food without changing the domain name yet which I aim to do in due time.
2010 – present: Moved to Singapore, still travel to Ireland and city hopping occasionally.
