- a bunch of asparagus
- 10 prawns, peeled and deveined clean
- 3 tbsp of sambal oelek or homemade sambal here, here andhere
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- Stir fry garlic in 2 tbsp of hot oil in a shallow pan until fragrant, toss in prawns to cook until firm.
- Add in sambal to stir in for a minute.
- Followed by asparagus to mix in evenly with the sambal sauce.
- When the asparagus is soft and crunchy, dish it up.
Perfect with a bowl of boiled Jasmine rice.
