Crumbled Top Blueberries Muffins

I think this muffin is pretty healthy, because it contains one of the super food, fresh blueberries!

I didn’t make this at all, only in charged of rubbing flour, sugar and ground cinnamon into the addictive crumbles.

This batch is from the second attempt, with a thicker cinnamon crust.

They are just simply gorgeous.

The recipe is the same as Dubliner Cheese Muffins , just replace the cheese with fresh blueberries instead (see also Double Choc Galaxy Muffins if you are into something more decadent).

When the muffin moulds are filled up with the mixture, sprinkle a generous amount of cinnamon crumble on top before placing the muffin tray into the oven.

Cinnamon Crumble Crust

  • 50 g of flour
  • 50 g of butter
  • 3 tbsp of sugar
  • 6 tsp of cinnamon powder

Set the ingredients into a mixing bowl, using fingertips, rub them into grainy texture. Or else, blend them up in a food processor.
