The fish came with bone underneath, homely and wholesome serving as usual. Doneness of the fish was perfect.
Rice topped with chargrilled chicken cooked in egg custard S$14++
A truly wholesome set meal, nice stock base throughout. Since the chargrilled chicken was cooked in some stock and egg custard, inevitably the crispy skin lost its texture here. And this time, the miso soup served was cooked with lots of onions and small cubed potatoes, different but very nice.
