PS Cafe @ Dempsey Hill (SG)

PS Cafe’s high ceiling and big windows that makes it so airy
PS Cafe’s wide array of delicious cakes & tarts on display
King Prawn Spring Rolls with Kaffir Lime Aioli S$17++

For starter, the aioli was very addictive and fragrant. Filling of the spring rolls was minced prawns and something more, not sure what else. But the texture was bouncy and they tasted darn good.

Fish & Chips $28++

The fish was fresh, flaky and moist with light crispy beer batter on the outside. The kaffir lime aioli and tartar sauce were served.

Pasta with King Prawns, Beans and Pecorino S$27++

The king prawns here were huge and springy, and the percorino though a tad overhelming, the dish was wonderful still.

PS Cafe’s Pecan Pie (on display)

Pecan Tart served with Vanilla scoop S$12.90++

I always have a soft spot for pecans. It is not easy to find good pecan pie out there, when I spotted this on display, I knew it would be good.

I was pleased with the chocolate filling and generous pecans intertwined with the delicious vanilla ice-cream, leaving me tummy satisfied on the Friday dinner.

Banana Fudge Cake served with Vanilla scoop S$12.90++

We could not finish banana fudge cake for it tasted like ordinary banana cake with specks of fudges.

Impressed with the quality of dishes presented by PS Cafe and love the ambiance here.

Perhaps, this is the venue for an upcoming Christmas meal.

Or rather just for a pot of hot tea over the Blackout Chocolate Cake.
