KFC Portuguese Egg Tart - I am smitten by these surprisingly velvety smooth & creamy custard.
3Monkeys dishes at Holland V - The clam fettucine was not bad at all, more shells than clam meats around. The nachos appetiser was downright satisfying!
Oriole Cafe's Iced Vanilla Latte & Hot Chocolate - Dissapointed by the small amount presented in espresso cup.
Ootoya's two of the new dishes at Orchard Central
Ootoya revamped their menu lately and also hiked up the set menu prices too. The new dishes above did not disappoint, the char-grilled chicken salad (right) fared better.
Changi Airport T3's desserts at Basement - Mango madness (left) was refreshing, with all the fine ice shavings melted quickly onto the tongue.
Toast Box's Otah Toast Set - I thoroughly enjoyed this set at Bugis Junction branch. Yum! If only I could have this for brunch everyday.
KFC's new burger, very tender chicken indeed with sweetish marinade.
Blue Mountain Cafe's loaded potato skins @ 313 Somerset - The potato skins were quite dry, taste was not bad. If this is served with sour cream, two thumbs will go up.
Crystal Jade La Mian & Xiao Long Bao @ Bugis Junction
Both look the same but they are not the same soup base at all.
Left was Szechuan broth with beef slices and la mian, not fiery hot, just enough heat to combat the cold interior air-con.
Right was spicy peanut gravy and pounded dried shrimp la mian, thick gravy actually but no meat to carry through the dish.
Looking forward to compilation IV already? Stay tuned!
