Royal China (SG)

 Royal China originates from London.

In Singapore, she holds a branch of this well known London based Chinese restaurant at the elegant Raffles Hotel.

Char Siew Sou

I am sure you have heard and seen the wonderful dim sum items on the handful of Singapore based blogs.

I will make this entry a simple but an eye feasting one.

All the items were served hot and fresh, good flavour and nice texture.

I have no complaints at all.

Thai Style Minced Prawn Cake on Sugar Cane Stick

Bean curd skin wrapped minced prawn

the classic Har Gow, thin skin, bouncy prawn filling

Har Cheong – thin and robust skin, loaded with springy whole prawns

Seaweed Wrapped Crab Stick and Cod Fillet

Prompt service, a little wavering off when the weekend morning crowds propped up. Reasonably priced.

It was a calm and relaxing morning affair for a family gathering over dim sum and tea.

Love to be back her for the interior shots and more dim sum items to try on.
