amuse bouche
Starter 1 – Papua Crab tower Rp85k/SGD11.80++

Fresh crab flakes, and the papaya spiced juice went very well with it.

Starter 2 – Ravioli with confit duck Rp75k/SGD10.40++

Well executed ravioli with cheese stuffing and of course the tender duck slices atop.

Main Course 1 – Banana leave wrapped steamed barramundi Rp140k/SGD19.40++

Banana leave fragrance fused with the barramundi very well, aromatics were subtle.

Main Course 2 – Grilled mahi mahi served with miso aubergine and wasabi mashed Rp140k/SGD19.40++

Loved the smooth wasabi mashed, best I’ve ever tasted. Grilled mahi mahi was very delicious too with heavy Japanese seasoning and ingredients throughout, and the miso baked aubergine slices were perfectly done.

Government tax is 10% in Indonesia while service charge varies from one to another, 8% by Sardine.

Total bill is about SGD82 for two over 2-course dinner, with a cocktail. For this amount of fresh and delicious seafood, it’s worth it by Singapore standard.
