Fresh crab flakes, and the papaya spiced juice went very well with it.
Well executed ravioli with cheese stuffing and of course the tender duck slices atop.
Banana leave fragrance fused with the barramundi very well, aromatics were subtle.
Loved the smooth wasabi mashed, best I’ve ever tasted. Grilled mahi mahi was very delicious too with heavy Japanese seasoning and ingredients throughout, and the miso baked aubergine slices were perfectly done.
Government tax is 10% in Indonesia while service charge varies from one to another, 8% by Sardine.
Total bill is about SGD82 for two over 2-course dinner, with a cocktail. For this amount of fresh and delicious seafood, it’s worth it by Singapore standard.
