Just in case, Bruno Menard is a Michelin starred chef who doesn’t not only run &made, but also another one in CBD.
Apparently he’s working on a few more restaurants to come.
I haven’t ventured into exorbitantly priced steak houses around town, don’t dare too.
Having dry aged burger such as this one was great, good concentrated beefy flavour with melted cheese, sandwiched between the buns with caramelised onion which didn’t get too sweet.
In retrospect, I should have gone for creamy chilli crab filling instead of this very light tasting one.
Filled with smoked chicken bits, chopped olives and Feta crumbs, great for lunch.
Hope to drop by here next time for a good dessert round.
