So at the entrance, you could order either set meal of the day priced at S$12( for 3 items) or any a-la-carte item you see on the encased shelves.
Portion was medium, and taste was good.
You will feel satisfied without any heaviness after a typical French-inspired butter and/or cream laden meal.
I love gnocchi, and I was curious how this dish would come together.
It turned out alright, the sweet pepper did add a lot of flavours to the dish.
There is a range of herb infused oil at the counter, which I made use of with the help of the service staff around to perfume my dish further as I found this particular combination was a little lacking in taste.
I was surprised to see a sponge cake at the bottom, was expecting a tart base.
It turned out well, good chestnut flavour.
I wouldn’t have thought to be served a good coffee as such, this was really worth ordering during an upgrade to a set meal!
An airy yet cosy restaurant next to Sushi Tei.
The pricing is nett, and service was good.
