Snowskin Mooncake of 2012 (SG)

This year, we had our taste buds tantalised by three major Singapore hotel origin mooncakes.

Let’s have a low down here.

Goodwood Park Hotel

Goodwood Park Deli – D24 Durian Mooncake

 This time round, we got a box of all four D24 which was the same as previous years, just a different box design and a very practical cooler  with Velcro.  So, I didn’t take any of the pictures this year.

The Cheongsam inspired packaging

In the league of Champagne Truffle Snowskin Mooncake, Raffles Hotel and Fairmont ones are the leaders.

If you want to know which is better, I can guarantee that it’s Fairmont one.

We had a box of all champagne truffle the other year, this time  round, we had a box of combination (4-flavours).

Love the white lotus yolk centre with various centres.

Marriott Hotel Mooncake box

For Mao Shan Wang (Durian King) flavours, we went for Marriott one.

Eight mini mooncakes which were good for rationing, the thick and pulpy durian filling inside was marvellous.
