Jamaica Blue

Taking their name from the Blue Mountains in Jamaica – the world’s best regions for growing coffee beans which is also used in Jamaica Blue blend.

Jamaica Blue Signature Blend Latte

We felt that this cuppa was too weak, cafe itself was bright and food was generally delicious.

The coffee intensity here needs to go up.

Trio of dessert sampler during tasting…my favourite gotta be the rich chocolate mousse which almost tasted like pudding but lighter.

(Left) French bread & butter pudding – served with dark chocolate ganache and a vanilla scoop. It was pretty satisfying, good to wash down with a cuppa.

The chocolate mousse was slow baked in the oven to overcome the humidity in Singapore so to retain the smooth texture.

Christmas Set is out at S$14.80++ now – Mushroom Cheese Baked Spaghetti in Cream Sauce with Thai style chicken strips salad and brownie with vanilla ice-cream.

also, Christmas promotion has…
12 – 2pm: 1 for 1 lunch set at S$20++ – Spaghetti Laksa with Tiger Prawns served with salad, drinks and dessert
2 – 6pm: 1 for 1 dessert at S$4.80++ – Homemade mango pomelo soya bean pudding

Thai styled chicken strips salad – the tangy and sweet spicy sauce absorbed by the batter on chicken strips was addictive!

Bites: Assam chicken wings – pretty alright.

Mushroom cheese baked spaghetti in creamy sauce

Bites: Fried minced chicken and chopped prawn wrapped in bean curd skin served with sweet chili sauce.

Spaghetti Laksa with Tiger Prawns – it was really tasty and bright with laksa leaves accents.

Gula Melaka Teh – the tea and gula melaka (palm sugar) were well balanced, none of it overpowered each other.

Brownie with Vanilla Ice-Cream – it was alright, me think the brownie was a tad dry and lacked chocolatey flavour, certainly has room to improve.


Classic Christmassy Mulled Wine served with fantastic in-house made cookie which was my favourite part of the drink. S$12.50

Beef Wellington! S$46 – prime cut tenderloin (200 g) wrapped with fine leg ham, mushrooms encased in puff pastry, baked to flaky goodness. Served with beetroot, parsnip, spinach, slow cooked baby potatoes. Waiting time of 20 minutes is required.

Gefullte Truthanbrust (Stuffed Turkey Breast) S$28.50 – roasted turkey breast stuffed with baby spinach and napkin dumpling served with sautee pumpkin, beetroot and slow cooked baby potatoes.

Weihnachtspfandl (Family Christmas Pan 4-5 pax) S$98 – honey glazed roasted duck, roasted turkey breast stuffed with baby spinach and napkin dumpling and duck confit, with brezn sticks, sautee parsnip, beetroot, pumpkin and slow cooked baby potatoes.

Huge platter good for 4 – 6 pax sharing!
