Organic food produces from Northern Thailand.

Also, wood ware from Thailand.

And more wonderful organic produces.

Luscious organic skincare and hair care products.

Personally, I have tried Mekhala’s lifting young rice milk conditioner, it worked wonder on my natural wavy and dry hair. It de-frizzes yet do not weigh my hair down, so that I gave two thumbs up!

Take advantage of the current 30% reduction Christmas promotion on Mekhala website.

Hot tea infused with pandan, lemongrass, galangal (blue ginger). Invigorating.

Cold lightly sweetened lemongrass drink, it’s intense and very palatable.

Coconut pancake S$8 served with banana slices and butter! I found my favourite pancake in Singapore here, each coconut incorporated pancake is thick yet FLUFFY inside, toasty outside. Unassumingly filling. Better still, ingredients mainly adopted the in-store Mekahla organic produces like Longan Honey drizzle.

Eggs in Smoky Bean, Bacon & Tomato Sauce $8 – 2 locally-sourced, barn-laid eggs soft cooked in a bean, bacon and tomato sauce, given a kick with Mekhala’s smoky Organic Yellow Curry Paste. Topped with creamy Greek yogurt & fresh chives, & served with baguette slices. It is satisfying without the cloying feel.

There is a repertoire of recipes available on Mekhala website to good use.
Many thanks to Daphne for hosting us on such a lovely treat.

The butcher section.

Flower stall injecting a dose of Christmas atmosphere with the tree all dressed up.

Stopped by Huber’s Deli to have a hotdog S$8 (veal sausage, topped with caramelised onion, requested for mustard atop, love the roll that was really crisp on the outside and soft inside.

Stopped by Dutch Colony Coffee to have a regular Flat White.

While had a large Cappuccino.

We took the liberty to explore the upper floors of The Grandstand which is now occupied mostly by kids oriented learning spaces and classes.
