Pizza Ole It’s the Japanese-influenced Furikake Prawns Pizza – savoury cream sauce dotted with fresh bouncy and fried prawns atop with some smoky teriyaki tasting drizzle over. Available now till 13 July 2014 at all Fish & Co. Singapore outlets except Vivo City.

 

Buffalo Drumlets

 Finally a hot & sour addition to the Fish & Co menu, a good option for something with some flavour punch amongst the seafood options here.

Louisiana Chicken Gumbo w/Rice

 For the ‘rice pots’ (Chinese term for people who can’t go by a day without rice) out there, you will be glad to find more dishes here with side dish of flavoured rice dotted with plump sultanas….this tender chicken gumbo was mildly spiced yet tasty overall, quite comforting too.

Rise & Shine

 A pair of runny yolk with tomato paste flavoured rice for breakfast, why not? Instead of bread…

Grilled white fish with Ebiko and melted mozzarella atop

 I love roes – the briny flavour coupled with mozarella was salty enough to season this piece of tender grilled white fish.

P.S Good Morning

Fish and egg for breakfast! How healthy is that! Love this combination, it was a tad dry overall but I see it as cook’s technique.

Less baking time would be good to have this dish perfect!
