Claypot Yong Tou Foo ~S$12

By recommendation of the owner, this was one of their best selling house special dish.

The sweet & savoury sauce was appetising indeed. The minced prawn and fish stuffing was fresh tasting and tender to bite, small portion could easily feed 3 persons.

Shrimp Paste Chicken ~S$10

The chicken pieces were tender and soaked up the prawn paste wonderfully.

Whilst the crust was not ultra crispy, it was a good plate of fried food.

Kailan with fish slices ~S$12

The thick and huge fish slices were fresh, the simple soya sauce gravy with the kailan fused with wok hei was a downright comfortable home cook dish.
