After a good few years of appearing in Singapore, after all the hype and all, we finally decided to stop by here for an early dinner.
He had this seasonal special ramen where you couldn’t choose the doness of the noodle.
The overall broth was pretty complicated tasting with a porky undertone.
I prefer the milky miso accented broth I had.
The spicy oil definitely hit the spot for me where a bundle of medium cooked noodles soaked up the stock flavours well.
Pricey ramen bowls here nonetheless but worth a try.
