Chef’s soup of the day – clam chowder. Luscious and really flavourful with just the right amount of cream to smooth it out.

Appetiser – Potato and prosciutto salad

Love the intense potata flavours here complemented by the salty prosciutto. It worked to open up the appetite for the rest of the course to follow through. Interesting topping of smoky bonito flakes to add another dimension of flavour to this dish.

Main Course – Tuna sake tataki

Seared fresh tuna slab served with homemade crispy hash brown. Tomato Florentine and Red Pesto completes the dish.

Main Course – Vegetarian pasta alla funghi

Spaghetti is cooked to al dente bite coated in Wild Mushroom Cream Sauce to bring this earthy dish together.
A simple and delicious plate to enjoy nonetheless.

Main Course – Chicken lasagne parmegiano

The lasagne sheets are made spinached, layered with minced chicken, shitake mushroom slices and soft eggplant cubes. Doused in of creamy Bechamel Sauce and Pomodoro basked off with a good layer of mozarella atop. Comforting dish.

Main Course – Beef Verde

If you have beef as your main course choice, you’re in for a treat. Premium Black Angus Beef is served atop a bed of pan fried Edamame, drizzled with Sauce Verde (olive oil & tomato based sauce), served also with potatoes to soak up the meat juices. Pretty light tasting.

Desserts – Trio Profiteroles in chocolate, green tea and red bean flavours

This dessert trio was light enough and kept interesting to end the lunch.

The Set Lunch Menu is available from 25 January 2015 between 12pm to 3pm from Monday to Sunday.
