Mezza9 is the best spot for an all-rounder buffet.
Service was prompt and your champagne glass is never left empty fro more than 30 seconds… no kidding.
I had my fair share of sweet lobster claw and salmon sashimi…
Oysters are huge here and pretty fresh too!
Japanese section even have a grilled station on top of fresh thick sashimi cuts…lovely.
Recommended also the Chinese station where the stir fry dishes had fresh ingredients and plump meat.

There was also liquid nitrogen ice-cream which yielded ultra smooth creamy cold treats and a range of fruit toppings to go with it.
Other days, liquid nitrogen meringue treats was also available.
Buffet brunch available only on Sunday.
Damage was about S$120++ without champagne for me and S$140++ with free flow champagne for him.
