Look at the beautiful painting on chocolate sheet atop the Salted Caramel Eclair – pretty good rendition. I prefer this to the Paris London (back) which was made of puff pastry rings filled with tart Mandarin Orange Curd – the decor broke on the way back to hotel.

I quite like the Welsh Rarebit Croissant (front) – basically filled with melted cheese atop and inside; Cronut (back) was alright.
